The recipe and brewing method for Monceau Pet Nat Kombucha was developed and refined over 2 years. The flavour profile continues to evolve as the seasons and apples change. Our Fuji Apple flavour uses Fujis from West Gippsland in Victoria. They have milder tannin and acidity levels, with a healthy sweetness that drives fermentation.
Blood Orange - Pet Nat Kombucha
Monceau Pet Nat Blood Orange Kombucha uses blood oranges from the South Australian Riverland. The natural sugars are fermented, yielding floral, aromatic notes and a careful balance of sour and sweet.
